Womens's Trauma Group

Join our in-person group designed for women who are looking for a supportive, intentional community to help rebuild their lives in the aftermath of trauma. Whether you’ve been working through your childhood trauma, workplace trauma, traumatic assault, injury, or illness, this group offers a unique opportunity to deepen your recovery with the support of shared experiences and community.

Facilitated by a trauma-centered psychotherapist, this group will be an opportunity to connect, grow, and find resilience together as you continue rebuilding your life.RSVP and schedule 

This group is open to anyone who identifies as a woman.

Frequency: Every other week, in person.
