I’m Chevonne Roden, and I serve as the Operations Manager at the Trauma Center.

 

I’ve always been drawn to spaces where healing is the focus, and working here allows me to support that process behind the scenes in a meaningful way. I appreciate being part of a team that values not just the clients we serve, but each other as colleagues.

 

There’s a deep sense of integrity and purpose in the work we do, and I feel proud to help hold the container that makes that work possible. Every day, I get to witness small moments of connection and care that remind me why I chose to be in this field. It’s more than just a job — it feels like a calling.
