About the Event

You had a psychedelic experience and it was...a lot. Now what?

Psychedelics induce non-ordinary states of consciousness that can inspire profound psychological transformation and spiritual growth. These experiences, while often rewarding, can also be abstract, inexplicable, and quite challenging. They can generate access to unexpected subconscious thoughts, memories, and sensations, and it can be difficult to derive meaning or significance from them. We believe processing psychedelic experiences is easier with the help of others to support you in your existential, spiritual, and therapeutic journey.

Our integration groups provide an unconditional, heart-felt container in which to unpack, explore, and share psychedelic experiences with an intentional community of like-minded seekers. Honoring the individual's inner wisdom, integration groups are designed to be non-clinical and non-directive to allow for self-guided meaning-making and healing. When we are able to heal ourselves, we are able to heal our communities. Empathic listening and limited cross-talk encourage psychological safety and openness while fostering authentic relating and exploration. Anyone who has experienced an altered state of consciousness is welcome to join.

Groups will be limited to 10 participants. Doors will lock at 7:05pm.

Suggested donation: $20You recently had a psychedelic experience, and it was overwhelming. What should you do next?

Psychedelics can lead to non-ordinary states of consciousness, often resulting in profound psychological transformation and spiritual growth. While these experiences can be rewarding, they can also be abstract, confusing, and challenging to process. They often bring up unexpected subconscious thoughts, memories, and sensations, making it difficult to find meaning in them. We believe processing these experiences is easier with support from others who can accompany you on your existential, spiritual, and therapeutic journey.

Our integration groups provide a safe and supportive environment for unpacking, exploring, and sharing psychedelic experiences with a community of like-minded individuals. These groups value the inner wisdom of each participant, ensuring a non-clinical and non-directive space for self-guided meaning-making and healing. When we heal ourselves, we contribute to the healing of our communities. Our approach emphasizes empathic listening and limits cross-talk, which promotes psychological safety and openness, fostering authentic connections and exploration. Anyone who has experienced an altered state of consciousness is welcome to join.

Please note that groups will be limited to 10 participants, and doors will lock promptly at 7:05 PM. The suggested donation is $20. Parking is available on the street or at a public lot located on Whalley and Blake Street.
