About the Event
Healthy Masculinity Men’s Group
Challenging what it means to be “man enough.”
Many men grow up inside unspoken rules about how we’re supposed to act: be strong, don’t show emotion, handle everything alone, never appear weak. These messages can leave men feeling isolated, misunderstood, or disconnected from themselves and others.
This group offers a different kind of space.
You are invited to join us for a peer-based men’s group in which we explore the pressures placed on men, challenge the limitations of the “man box,” and support one another in becoming healthier, more authentic men. We’ll have honest conversations about relationships, emotions, purpose, and what it really means to live with strength, integrity, and connection.
The group will be hosted by Damian Paglia and Sam King.
Damian Paglia is a therapeutic life coach, certified holistic health practitioner, and co-founder of West Rock Wellness in New Haven. For over two decades he has supported individuals in reconnecting with themselves, their bodies, and their relationships. Damian has facilitated men’s groups and community gatherings for many years and is deeply committed to helping men develop emotional awareness, accountability, and deeper connection in their lives.
Sam King is an educator, speaker, and facilitator whose work focuses on activating purpose for the well being of people and the planet.
