About the event
This prenatal 4-class session series can set you up with a foundational practice for your preganncy. Practicing prenatal yoga is associated with a range of physical and mental health benefits for expectant mothers, including boosting strength, improving flexibility and balance, and easing pregnancy-related discomforts. As important as moderate exercise is during pregnancy, knowing how to rest deeply and rejuvenate is equally essential. Saskia merges these two aspects into her prenatal classes to help prepare mamas-to-be for labor, delivery, and the critical first years of motherhood.
Saskia has taught prenatal yoga for over 20 years. She is passionate about teaching this specialized class. Just because we are pregnant doesn't mean we necessarily slow down!
