A Full-Day Playshop for Mental Health Providers & Caretakers
Mental health providers and caretakers play an integral role in our communities. We spend so much of our time holding space for others—now, a space is being held for you.
Led by Marcina Hale, this full-day Playshop on November 7th invites you to step outside of your usual role and experience something different—an opportunity for reflection, connection, exploration, and play.
Through discussion, guided exercises, and shared experiences, we’ll explore how we show up in our work and personal lives, what we may be holding, and what we want to create moving forward, both individually and collectively.
This is not a traditional workshop. It’s a space to engage authentically, gain insight, build connection, and explore what’s possible in a more intentional and meaningful way.
