Mental health providers and caretakers play an integral role in our society. We hold space for others and now there is a space being held for you. 

On November 7th, you are invited to join other members of the community for a full-day Playshop.

It is an opportunity to step outside of your usual role and engage in a different kind of experience, one that blends reflection, connection, and exploration. Through discussion, guided exercises and shared experiences, we will explore how we show up in our work and personal lives, what we may be holding, and what we want to create moving forward, both individually and collectively. 

This is not a traditional workshop. It is a space to authentically engage and gain insight in a more intentional and meaningful way.
