About the event
Cultivating a restorative practice helps us to re-train the mind and body how to rest deeply. Experience how to move out of the sympathetic nervous system of flight, fight and freeze, to recalibrate and bring back in to balance our natural state of the parasympathetic nervous system, where we are able to rest, digest and heal. It is in this quiet state where we are not only able to better digest our food, our work, our relationships, but also our reactions and interactions with our internal and external world. In turn we deepen our ability to reflect and create conscious changes.
