About the event
Cultivating a restorative yoga practice helps us re-train the body and mind to rest deeply. Learn how to move out of the sympathetic nervous system of flight, fight, and freeze to recalibrate and bring back into balance our natural state of the parasympathetic nervous system, where we are able to rest, digest, and heal. In this quiet state, we are not only able to better digest our food, our work, and our relationships, but also manage our reactions and interactions with our internal and external world. In turn, we deepen our ability to reflect and create conscious changes.
