Somatic Breathwork with Jon Orsini
Clear stuck, stagnant energy, stress and anxiety from the body while releasing deeply held patterns that no longer serve you. Embody a new vibration, higher levels of consciousness, creativity, authenticity and self expression. Set to music. (Contraindications listed below.)
1) Please arrive early for a prompt start (There is no late entry)
2) Dress comfortably
3) Bring a yoga mat or blanket to lay on
4) Have an extra layer (ie: sweatshirt) that is easy on/off or a blanket as temperature may vary during the experience
