Women Supporting Women: Cacao & Sisterhood Circle

This is an invitation to co-create a safe space between women, where we can take a moment to sit with ourselves and each other, in an intentional gathering.  We will sip on ceremonial cacao, participate in breathwork to connect with our hearts, and ground our energy. We will bring about beauty by building a mandala of flowers, and plant symbolic seeds of personal intentions, supported by the energy of the new moon.

This is an opportunity to decompress and allow our creativity to emerge. By sharing space with one another, we allow our nervous systems to regulate into a calm state, where we share in a circle for the simple pleasure of it. We will hold space for each other as to allow our hearts to open and connect with our inner wisdom.

What to bring:

A notepad, journal or notebook and pen.

Flowers

A handful of seeds or grain (ex. Uncooked rice, lentils, beans, or any kind of dry seed).

About Lala:

I am a women’s circle facilitator and have been part of women’s intentional communities for the past 12 years. I am a lifelong student of the inner world, on a never-ending spiritual path of self-discovery. I believe every woman has deep personal wisdom that serves as a guide for all of life’s questions, we just have to remember how to connect and listen to that inner knowing.

I am a seeker of inner peace, on a constant journey of alignment with my authentic self. On a mission of cultivating compassion for all beings, and sharing the teachings I’ve gathered along my path, to serve as inspiration for other women to connect with their own personal power and wisdom.
