About

Midweek Reset (Yin Yoga)

Take some quiet time and stillness to center, ground, and reset before you step into the rest of your week. Yin Yoga uses gravity, the breath, and longer held poses (3-5 minutes each) to encourage our connective tissue to release tension as well as blocked/stored emotion. Yin Yoga is a quiet, consensual conversation with the body. If at any time during class you find yourself forcing your body into a pose, you are no longer doing yin yoga. The key is to work with where your body is at any given moment, not to force it to be where it is not. Each class will offer modification options for each unique pose to help you meet your body where it is that day.
